Trust Is the Product is about building serious technology in serious environments.

I write about regulated financial infrastructure, AI-native engineering, stablecoins, resilience, compliance, architecture, and CTO leadership.

The central idea is simple:
- Trust is not a brand message.
- Trust is a product property.

In financial infrastructure, trust is created by systems that work under stress, prove what happened, recover when they fail, encode controls into workflows, and make the safe path the default path.

This publication is for people building, buying, regulating, investing in, or leading infrastructure where software moves money.

I usually write about five themes:
1. Regulated financial infrastructure
How payment systems, stablecoin rails, custody, liquidity, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance come together as a single trust problem.

2. AI-native engineering
How engineering organisations change when AI becomes part of development, operations, support, risk, and compliance.

3. Compliance as code
Why serious fintech companies need controls, audit trails, policy, and evidence embedded into systems rather than bolted on later.

4. Resilience and operational trust
How infrastructure companies earn trust through observability, incident response, recovery, security, and disciplined engineering.

5. CTO leadership
How technology leaders create enterprise value, communicate with boards, build high-density teams, and make architecture a business decision.

This is not a crypto hype publication.
It is not an AI hype publication.
It is not generic leadership content.

It is about the practical work of building infrastructure where mistakes are expensive, trust compounds slowly, and technical decisions become business risk.\
